First-ever Author-Led Workshop on The Inner critic!

Did you know Inner Healing can be fun? I learned this after I wrote the book "Letting Love In, How God Renews Relationships (with you and Him and with yourself) by Crushing your Inner Critic.


In short the Inner Critic is the mean voice (which sounds like your own thoughts) that can either be the enemy of your soul or your own pain! It's job is to stop you by lying to you, discouraging you or just being mean, but often people don't recognize it's there until they go to step into something new, it's at that point that it tends to rear it's ugly ahead once again.


It wasn't always fun for me, I spent a lot of time and a boat load of money trying to get all the demons cast out of me only to realize some of those "so called demons" were more like unprocessed pain and then I learned that healing could actually be more fun than we think! 


So this is going to be simple, effective and encouraging. 


Identifying the Inner Critic is a crucial first step in the process of personal growth and overall enjoyment of life. When you recognize and acknowledge this inner voice of self-doubt and self-criticism, several positive things can happen:


Increased Self-Awareness: Identifying the Inner Critic allows you to become more aware of your own thought patterns and self-talk. You begin to notice when the Inner Critic is active.


Separation from Negative Thoughts: Recognizing the Inner Critic helps you separate yourself from negative and self-sabotaging thoughts. You realize that these thoughts are not your true self.


Improved Emotional Regulation: With awareness of the Inner Critic, you can better manage and regulate your emotions. You're less likely to be controlled by self-criticism.


Enhanced Self-Compassion: Identifying the Inner Critic can lead to the development of self-compassion. You start treating yourself with greater kindness and understanding.


Empowerment: Understanding that the Inner Critic is not an accurate reflection of your worth or abilities empowers you to challenge and change those negative thought patterns.


Positive Self-Image: As you distance yourself from the Inner Critic, you can develop a more positive self-image and a healthier sense of self-worth.


Better Decision-Making: When you're not weighed down by self-criticism, you can make decisions more confidently and with greater clarity.


Improved Relationships: Recognizing and managing the Inner Critic can also have a positive impact on your relationships. You're less likely to project your self-criticism onto others and more capable of forming healthier connections.
