Ideating and brainstorming your concepts and ideas for your show. We will talk about how information innovation really works. There will be ideation sessions for each person to  concept overall podcast, to title podcast, theme Season 1 and title each episode of season 1. 

We will be writing and recording your intro and outro of your podcast, we will be looking at what each of you have in your hand to cross market and sell on the front and backend of your podcast.

We will go over your Anchor accounts, we will make sure you are each set up on all of the platforms anchor has to offer, including apple which will make you eligible to get paid to interview people. 

We will enlist the "dream guest list exercise" and comes up with guests for the first 3 months of your podcast. You will see how to use simple to implement email templates and instagram action to go after your dream guests. 

We will go over the marketing and promoting your podcast dos and donts, as well as learning how to nitch in into a micronitch with your audience as well decide what problem  you solve with your podcast because a business or movement solves a problem people have and that is what makes them want to pay money for your solutions that you may be selling on the front and back end of your podcast. 

We will go through and strategize for each of you how to monetize your podcast with online courses, cross marketing, sponsorships/advertisers, and how to best use = platforms like patreon and subscribe star.  Also we will go over how to easily turn your first 50 podcasts into a book for with just a little bit if money 💰
